Rennie Smith has been a therapist since 1999. Her varied experiences have included working in schools, crisis intervention, equine assisted psychotherapy and working with victims of domestic violence and abuse. She also has extensive experience working in private practice serving adults, couples, seniors, adolescents, children, and substance abusers in recovery.
She has led groups on such subjects as social skills development, anger management, and suicide prevention. Other groups she has facilitated were geared for alcoholics and addicts in recovery, post-operative gastric bypass surgery patients, and abused women. Helping people uncover and recover their sense of self is her focus.
